oo, i really liked that game
i liked that it was all in there.. no unnecessary characters or locations with pixel hunting.. just the house and it's yard
the exterior navigation was a bitch, but other than that it was good fun as far as i can remember
Bet its based on the patients of this "genious". Note the hospital type is the same architectural type.
The Trenton Psychiatric Hospital is a state run mental hospital located in Trenton and Ewing, New Jersey.
It previously operated under the name New Jersey State Hospital at Trenton and originally as the New Jersey State Lunatic Asylum.
Founded by Dorothea Lynde Dix on May 15, 1848, it was the first public mental hospital in the state of New Jersey.
Under the Hospital's first superintendent, Dr. Horace A. Buttolph, the hospital admitted and treated 86 patients.
In 1907, Dr. Henry Cotton became the medical director. Believing that infections were the key to mental illness, he had his staff remove teeth and various other body parts that might become infected from the hospital patients.
Cotton's legacy of hundreds of fatalities and thousands of maimed and mutilated patients did not end with his leaving Trenton in 1930 or his death in 1933; in fact, removal of patients' teeth at the Trenton asylum was still the norm until 1960.
Thanks, blam. Was wondering what happened to that title. It has an eerie atmosphere. Don't like the walking/transition between the different scenes, though, it's almost adventure-quest-like. Furthermore, I was expecting it to be leaning more towards an Amnesia experience, now it seems it's only a puzzle game with ominous moments averagely scattered about the game. But, it looks good for now.
- bad voice acting (narrator seems bored rather than nervous/scared)
- that strange graphic noise effect that i already hated on l4d (can be removed by editing the dagon.cfg though)
Sin317-"im 31 years old and still surprised at how much shit comes out of my ass actually ..."
SteamDRM-"Call of Duty is the symbol of the true perfection in every aspect. Call of Duty games are like Mozart's/Beethoven's symphonies"
deadpoetic-"are you new to the cyberspace?"
6 years after raising 120k (100k or so after KS' cut) huh? This is why you NEVER give money to developers ahead of time - no matter how good their intentions are. Though, I guess with a certain "Citizen" to put things into perspective, even this isn't THAT bad!
I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.
