I don't know which last 2 upgrades you're talking about. Here's my Upgrade Menu screenshot below.

I first unlocked the horizontal bars(highlighted by brown) vertically, upwards. With Health Increase # on the left and with Increase Slot # on the right.

Are those two upgrades needed/cool? I was planning on playing this and then replay the trilogy. If those upgardes are needed I'll just play the trilogy first untill a proper-proper appears.

This is kinda weird. I couldn't access Double Health either. Double Health and Double Energy was the ones I was talking about. The game never saved my points after I spent them on Double Health.

could be most noobish question ever, but why sometimes prince glow?
edit: also found some strange bug (someone could ofc announced it earlier). If you reach upgrade and then die without save you can fill all off spots of your upgrade tree. is it me, or is it well known bug?

Use the walljumps to get high enough in between the waterfalls then unfreeze them as you jump through to the highlighted stream and freeze again.

Yep that's what I did, but I always missed the stream.
But I managed to do it, you just need to freeze the water (after jumping) as soon as possible.
Anyway I finished the game and I really was positively suprised.
Great game.

Hiya,
Has anyone experienced flickering, flashing textures in the game? Some textures and objects (particularly fog, crack textures etc) at some places are flashing. This is not much of a problem since this texture flashing only occurs at some places but stil it is a bit annoying. I just want to know whether it is a game/driver bug or sg else. (ZOTAC GTX 480 AMP)

Can't be. My VGA is brand new and it has no problems under Heaven, Furmark etc. Some guy told me that he had had texture pop as well. Even a review on the console version mentions this "issue." I just want to know whether you guys have experienced texture pop/flickering/flashing etc.

Donno. :S According to some bloke the latest nV driver does have some glitches... I'd be greatly obliged if some1 could confirm that the game does have texture pop/flash here and there so that I know it's not my VGA...

I do. It seems crack related too, because when I played up to the prison with the first SKIDROW crack, it didn't have the flashes. It happens VERY rarely though. In fact, I think it only happened to me at the very beginning of the game, when the battle is raging on in the ground and I'm traversing the walls. Then a wall gets destroyed and falls down on the troops below, then there's a small bright flash that looks like an artifact, but that quickly disappears.

The most noticable flashes are round the genie's place. (You know the genie's place with the floating stones and fog etc)

i just finished it and it is the first prince of percia i ever finished (i even not sure i finished the original from the early 90's?)
anyway, was nice game overall despite the crack problems i had good time and now i am thinking of playing the older games.
the one befor this is a good one?

The 2008 Prince of Persia is a good game, better than this one in my opinion, despite the repetitiveness, but i don't think it belongs to the saga.
