Honestly how can people defend Skidrow after the stolen values from AC2 and now this? Its OBVIOUS how they both got released AFTER the private cracks (values for AC2) where made.

Stolen? Those values were public domain. What's the point of spending days or even weeks to get the exact same set of values when they're readily available?

Ever heard of the word "plagiarism"? Even if something is available in the public doesn't mean everyone can just claim it as something of their own.

I mean, at least give some credit to the person that did the hard work of finding those values.

So, I guess this game is good ? I'll dl it.
Also, from what I read here, there isn't a 100% working crack ?

Repost because it got buried by crap. (the ac2 values thingy is totally offtopic to this game's protection, this is different)

always cracks me up when a pirate (you know.. a thief) cries about stolen cracks... perhaps they should find a less hypocritical pass time if thats their attitude.

As far as I can tell, anyone who started a new game with the Repack has had no trouble with triggers or dissapearing stats. Then again people are more bothered about whining about the old cracks than actually following instructions and trying the new one.

another user LBICs on cs.rin site says his working crack, allows you to use old savegames from skidrows first crack attempt AND it will let you load & continue using those savegames. Its on page 13 of the crackfix repack topic IF anyone's interested.

There are also savegames posted with unlocked items too.

The door worked just using the first crack (not the crackfix)

BTW, what is that "repack"? just the same game release with the crackfix included?

repack... really depends on whos releasing it... sometimes a repack can mean teh game rereleased but smaller (with extra languages removed and videos recoded)

if it comes with an nfo, ur answer is there.

Well, perhaps not 3 hours, but surely not more than 5h and 30m Laughing
You can reach the 6 hours of play only if you keep staring at the sceneries or chatting with sand monsters.

I'm at about 5 hours, pretty close to the end I'm sure. Short game, but any longer probably would of made it a more tedious effort.

It took my exactly 3 hours and 20 minutes to finish without watching any cut scene (well i can't remember with all the file changes that i did before the repack crackfix, if i had already some upgrades unlocked Razz )....
I died only once....(due to some traps....) in normal mode.... I wish ubisoft could make a game equal to SOT or WW. But it seems that they don't pay so much attention to POP games anymore...

Finished in 7 hours. The climatic level was pretty awesome, especially right before the final boss with all that chaos around. The ending fight was criminally easy but shit, I still had a lot of fun with this one. Probably helped that my expectations were fuck all to begin with. Still way below the other PoPs, but enjoyable enough once you let go the initial disappointment.

Question about the end:

Hey guys is this game a sequel (or in any way related) to that other PoP game that came out in 2009 (or was it 2008)? Or is this a fresh new story?

As Ubisoft market it it's meant to take place after Sands of Time but before Warrior Within.
(Although it works pretty well as stand-alone since it does not reference the events from other PoP titles much.)
