Right from the demo to the retail game, you can not change the graphic settings and I can do a 360 by only moving my mouse 1 centimeter

Then again, Sniper elite required you to use the silenced handgun or just plain machineguns pretty much all the times you were moving around, since the rifle wasn't silenced and enemies weren't that far
I do remember that awesome mission where you had to protect a guy escaping a church from up a tower but seriously, a non supporessed sniper rifle isn't the best way to infiltrate an enemy fort...

I miss the GOD level from Project IGI, the first game that made me feel like a sniper

There isn't that many dedicated full sniper titles I'd guess, there are a few nice sequences in some other games though like a early level in Hitman 1 (Early ragdoll title made it rather fun as well.) for one example.

As for graphics not much can be adjusted but the files can be hand edited a bit afterwards \Game\user\ that video and sound "exe" that's a sort of config.

(32-bit bit depth didn't work so it reverts to 24-bit, texture filtering was moved to AF+Trilinear however and shadow resolution moved up to 2048 which is max, sound set to 64 channels with 48000 Hz up from 32 and 44100, 96000 might work as well.)

EDIT: Ah right the JFK title, said to handle the mechanics rather well although there's not much in the "game".

I think that the game is an average shooter (nice improvement for City Interactive) but if they didn't use this new engine (Chrome4?) you would have a typical Shity Interactive Shooter - Sniper: Art of Victory.

They even inherited the "rope physic" used for lasso in CoJ and had to implemented somehow!

The slow-motion bullet time-type sniper shots are a direct ripoff from Sniper Elite :/

They look good tho. Gonna give the game a try (although the dev is one of the worst, not only because they're polish Very Happy )

I think that Max Payne 1 had it first. I don't recall any game that had bullet cam before?

Heh, I'm about two hours into it and just into the second level, spent ages running trough the ruins looking for secrets only to find out on the second level they're these laptop like things giving background info and intel about the game.
(As does the readme such as weapon data and character bios though very brief info but helpful.)

EDIT: No co-op as far as I know.
(Deathmatch, Team-Deathmatch and VIP from the demo, haven't checked if the full game expands on this.)

You get the proverbial cigar...

Requiem: Avenging Angel (1999), "Warp Time" power

Max Payne (2001), the first video game to incorporate bullet time into its gameplay

Max is almost 10 years old...wow, that was one quick decade.

Seriously,a sniper game to play with a friend that does the spotting job would be awesome
Combined shots as well, just like COD:MW taught us

If only I wasn't so lazy,I'd realize this nifty idea about a multiplayer sniping game, where someone (or more than one, though keeping the number low) plays as a terrorist and needs to eliminate a certain target while someone else (or more) are detectives trying to catch him before he takes the shot..more details are to be kept secret as this is patent pending Cool Face

There is already a similar game being developed ,though i can't really remember the name . It's some sort of Spy vs Sniper , where a spy is attending a party in some npc filled house with windows , and he's trying to be as inconspicuous as possible , while the sniper has a clear shot on mostly everyone , and he must identify the target and take the shot ( having only one bullet ). Maybe someone can post a link , if you guys know what i'm talking about.

Sounds nice,I'd love to hear more about it
My idea was pretty much the opposite, with the snipers having to find a sniping spot while trying to blend in the NPC crowd (hiding sniper rifles in suitcases or backpacks and NPCs having them as well) while the cops would have to find them before the target arrives on the scene,if they arrest/kill a civilian they lose,if the snipers are arrested or alert the target then it's game over for them...pretty basic stuffs, wouldn't even be that hard to make if I was given an engine with some models and animations already in it as I'd suck with that
Just create a urban map, tons of high places to snipe from and enough pedestrians/civlians to blend among while waiting for the target's car to drive down the main road (JFK much?)

Yep, 4h here too, but that's whitout the restarts/reloading missions, I've played more than 5-6 hours for sure and the final stats says 4 Razz

You actually stop getting damage after awhile after getting to the next point, although I had already used 2 medkits because of that and died just of received damage couple times. It was a clusterfuck, but thankfully I am through.

I don't necessarily agree with everything I say.

I loved Sniper: Elite... This seems... more action oriented and less 'sniperish'.. Sad

Btw. anybody know of any texture/model mods? I've googled around and found none, only tweaks to realism.. :/
