I've downloaded this but not played it because of the pathetic beta times.
I thought they want the community to find and fix bugs?
Bit hard when ur play a few hour 22 times a week lol.

I've been in beta for a long ass time for this game, and I maybe played once a month.
I've never been impressed. Ever. The game has lots of potential, but it is in no way, shape, or form ready for retail. It needs at the very least another full years worth of development time.

It's just one hell of a boring game this.
The missions are tedious, the lag is chronic in parts.
They want you to pay every month to get on line.
I smell, i smell.

This game is only shit if you play it solo, I've been playing with 3 other friends and this game is just so damn fun.
It does get repetitive over-time but oh well, as long as I keep unlocking shit it's whatevs.

I just got finished playing for a couple hours. Wow, this game is intense! Constantly getting called to backup other groups in the middle of a mission. Basically it auto-groups you and assigns you to missions opposing players of the other faction. Most missions seem to take 5-20 minutes depending on stage and how much stronger one side is. And once you're done you're pretty much immediately bombarded with repeated backup requests until you finally accept one. Combat is pretty fast paced and I can't seem to understand how other people's guns are so accurate. My targeting reticule is huge. Maybe I have to stop running around so much, but my opponents seem pretty mobile too.
All things considered it seems like a blast to play so far, if a bit choppy compared to how smooth combat is in other MMOs and shooters. It really feels chaotic with tons of people running around doing their own missions. I was kind of expecting open PvP but you can really only engage people in the same mission as you. No matter. As long as you are actively accepting back-up requests you'll won't really run out of targets. It just seems odd that players not involved your mission can't even be touched.

Yes and no. There are plans or options you can take, you can pay €7.99 for 30 days of unlimited play.. or you buy "hours" in packs, which you can use whenever you want and you're not being charged for time you don't use (ala; monthly plan)

That Key to the City event starts today - I got into the closed beta but never got a chance to play due to the way it was structured (only playable at certain times). Anyway, they made it sound like:
1. All closed beta members are automatically signed up for this event.
2. The event lasts 7 days, but you only get 5 hours of actual mission play.
Is this correct? What's the point of only letting you play 5 hours if it's open all week? That's really fucking stingy on their part. Don't think you can get a decent feel for an MMO in 5 hours - at least not well enough to realize whether it's worth blowing $50 on.
