Is a serious injury? I really hope not, he's one of my favourite players of the entire WC..
BTW, Switzerland - Italy 1-1 another great performance by our super team

Well, actually the italian medias DO care a lot about these test matches, and usually they lead to catastrophism and extreme criticism.

So we should only care about games every 4 years ??
Thats a pretty shit attitude...
In rugby .. there is no such thing as a friendly.. each game is called "test match" for that very reason.
I suppose matches RIGHT BEFORE a world cup you have a small point thou |
nono, thats what I meant, that country''s (like italy) are not even trying hard...

At least the italian media is fair and understanding when it comes to a tie or lost match against a-class teams like switzerland and mexico.

He gets a scan today but it seems he's going to miss the WC ... hamstring
I hope later on we get some good news because this will really lower our changes on the WC

Oh crap I'm sorry, after Didier Drogba (broken arm), Ferdinand and Pirlo (though not 100% out yet) another great player is going to leave the scene

Can't wait for this to start! This and the Euro are about the only sport events I watch (started watching in 2002).
BTW, guys, how is it broadcast in your countries? Here they only show a few matches for free, the rest are in the form of PPV (pay per view)
Good thing I have a satellite dish, so I'll be watching the Bulgarian broadcasts, which are free.

Exactly the same here, they will show all the Italy matches plus some other "AAA" match at their choice . Unfortunately I don't own any satellite dish, so my only chance to watch all the matches is via streaming thanks to Myp2p.eu or Rojadirecta

LMAO, I remember once I tried watching via streaming, because I wanted to use the PC while watching. Ended up on some live streaming of some Asian channel. It was fucking hilarious, the commentary getting excited "gol gol gol gol gol gol gol gol gol gol gol *gasp for air* gol gol gol gol gol gol gol gol gol gol gol"

Hahah nothing strange for me, I'm totally used to these folkloristic celebrations!
The funniest thing is that they even laugh at injured players and scrums
