any idea how to remove the Skidrow name inside the game where it says "P1 Skidrow" ?

I went to change the mouse rotation setting and now it says it can't write to the disc...I get into aloop of contiune and try again....I have too ctrl-alt -delete...to end this terrible cycle....I think I'll just pay for the fucking thing instead of waitng for a fix!@!!!

played the first level, game is cool Very Happy
those sounds are creepy like in dead space and those booms look spectacular Smile
too bad you can forsee when mobs show up, so not too horror

The "fix" didn't fix that problem either. I don't care for the default controls either.

Game needs to be run as administrator to sort out the saving. Worked for me.

installed the steam demo, played through the demo level, uninstalled it. Can't stand the fucked up (in my opinion) mouse controls. I'd rather that it rotate whenever I move the mouse rather than just at the edge of the screen. Tried the alternate mouse aiming and it actually did nothing....at all. I could still move with the keyboard but moving the mouse did nothing. Buttons still worked the same but not rotating at all. Ugh.

Which one?

Also, on the cracked releases, the main menu has a "previously on Alien Breed" option missing from the retail, which I have finished and it never gains that option. Can anyone shed any light on it?

Straaange. I inserted the Skidrow ISO into Daemon but nothing happens. The iso was loaded so i entered the disc and clicked setup so it would start installing. A VERY brief setup window popped up and thats about it. After that nothing happens but only my PC becomes quite slow. Is this the games way to install? If it is then welcome back to the stoneage or something.

Ok scratch my previous problem. After about 10-15 minutes of nothing a setup window popped up properly. I kept my previous statement just to show how interesting this actually is...

Yeah the installation is impossibly long before it start/exit. Be sure not to run it twice or you HDD will shit in his pants.

After installing the crackfix it said I needed Steam running. So I started Steam and the game started,.. in trial mode. I then used a cracked steam client and the game started correctly. You guys didn't encountered that problem? I had a few achievement error messages while playing, nothing to worry about.

I played up until missions "Crossover", and at the end it say "Calculating story score" and it turn into another infinite loading. Can we expect a crackfix-repack? Is this the end of the game? If so, it really does suck, nearly no content enemy/environment/weapon wise.

Jesus i uninstalled this shit:). Graphic is overall nice , but game and playable are worst than in ALIEN BREED TOWER ASSAULT. So what you think i do? I just installed TOWER ASSAULT:) in dosbox

It's for the crackfix I think unless you already have it, could also grab the required files from Theta's release and use that, it'll use you Windows user name instead.
(Might be easier to grab the separate crackfix from Skidrow, I think both more or less perform the same so it shouldn't matter in terms of playability.)
