lmao, virtually all the games ive brought ive NEVER completed, except for a few!!
im just not feeling it with games these days, think im getting 2 old for it! Confused

I know why that is, the problem is that a lot of contemporary console games deplete their gameplay concepts within a couple of hours, Infamous is a prime example of that.
Once you have beaten the learning curve you think "shit the whole game is nothing more than this?" and without a decent plot to carry the game forward you ask yourself do you want to invest your time in endless cycled routines?
The answer increasingly is no.

Does that make any sense?

I'm more likely to finish a game that I've bought than one that I've downloaded. I appreciate them more and somehow get more enjoyment from bought games.

Yes, this is a very good game. The graphics are top notch. The game play varied and fun. The electrical powers really make you feel powerful. I enjoyed this way more than Prototype. There are platform qualities to this game that you will either love or hate. Depends on if you are a Mario fan or not! Smile It allows you to either be good or evil too. I had a lot of fun with this game going the good route. I highly recommend this game.

Edit - The best thing about this game right now is that it's a part of the PS3 Greatest Hits group and is now only $29.99!!!

(Not that I have any of the current next-gen consoles aside from the Wii myself, would need a proper TV first and not this Grundig 40" from the early 90's or what it's from plus more time available, things have been busy lately and will be for a long while more it seems.)

New info:

* The game is set in a new city, New Marais. It is based on New Orleans.

* You will once again play as Cole McGrath, though his looks have been remodeled. The voice actor is also changed, Cole will speak with David Sullivan's voice.

* During the gameplay there will be cutscenes rendered in real time. The comic narration will also appear though.

* This time you won't be climbing the buildings like in the first game, Cole will have to make his way up by using nearby objects (wtf?)

* You will not be limited to electric powers, you will also be able to use melee weapons

* Cole's friend, Zeke, will help you more than in the first game

* You will encounter larger bosses than in the first game

* The "morality" system and it's choices are not supposed to be black and white like in the first game

* In Infamous 2 water will still be deadly to Cole

* It is possible that the game will feature multiplayer

OMFG!!! What the hell are they thinking! Uhhhggg, I am now supremely pissed off! Why would you change those items? It's like saying in Superman II you will have to navigate through the air using other means, like air planes or the new Super Jump! Dumb Asses!
