Based on a GBATemp thread the release works fine, not much info to go by though I'll see soon enough as it's only 1.5 or so GB large due to being "scrubbed" or what it's called.

Just burn and play, mate =) Burn, or install to HDD via WBFS Manager. Scrubbed just means the image has had the update and/or the padding data removed. It doesn't affect the game itself, only the storage/download cost. Extracting will still give a 4.3GB ISO.

For loading the disc you would need to burn it with a program compatible with the Wii format so tha the data is written correctly and can be read, I'm not that good on this since my Wii is from late 2009 and thus contains a updated disc drive that can not read DVD-R discs.
For USB loading (And to get the Wii to recognize a burnt disc properly.) you would need a "fake" IOS which is sort of a system file with a specific purpose, generally IOS 36 is patched this is then used to install a custom IOS such as Waninkoko Rev 19 or Custom IOS v.5 which normally takes up a IOS slot above 200 (All there are just blank "stubs" and unused.) and emulate specific IOS's such as 37, 57 and so on depending on purpose. (Some games require a specific IOS version to function properly, Rock Band for example to get the instrument periphial to work or how Prince of Persia checks for IOS53 unless patched.)
Getting that out of the way and having Homebrew channel installed would then need a USB HDD loader program such as ULoader, CFGLoader or NeoGamma (USB GX is also very famous but a bit buggy as of the latest revisions.) previously a WBFS formated partition was needed as well but as of recently most custom IOS and programs support FAT32 (4gb limitation so files need to be split but can be used for other stuff outside WBFS and Wii.) and some experiment with NTFS support.
You then need specific settings to configure the game itself such as which IOS to load it with (cIOS actually.) and if you want it region patched, video patched (PAL/NTSC formats for example or useful to force full 480P where available.) and much else, it's fairly easy to understand via tutorials and helpfiles for the programs that use them but there is a lot of setting to understand so reading up on it might take some time.
(More advanced stuff would be Dop-Mii to manage IOS or even delete and update it, DOL patches and similar to hack specific protections like Prince of Persia or IOS reloads as used by for example Far Cry, Red Steel and Metroid Prime Trilogy and keeping cIOS and USB loaders updated, latest CFG loader for example was updated this morning and can now handle Prince of Persia perfectly as long as Gecko - used for memory hacks and cheats - isn't enabled as it'll be detected, in response a gecko hack was created though to disable this check, kinda funny.)
EDIT: Some other replies were posted in the meantime it seems, heh.
EDIT: Download finished, now to see how well it actually works.
EDIT: Works fine, game runs without any problems or issues, CFG Loader and Uloader tested. (Custom IOS 5 and Waninkoko Rev 19)

That's because the scrub will have taken out the padding data, leaving only the real PHYSICAL data.

Try using the Alt DOL method? I used to get green (or black, it's random) screen errors on games that required the Alt DOL trick, especially Motion+ titles (you have to run the player.dol first, watch the orientation video, then quit and load the standard way)

They definitively made it more challenging, levels feel larger as well and there seems to be more stuff on them, only on the first level so far as well, it's well made and a very nice sequel.
Not much else to say about it, will be interesting to see how the game continues from here.
EDIT: And the first level is done.
Spoiler: |
Nice boss as well, funny way to fight, 20 lives, 40 coins something and about a hundred "bits" now from exploring various stuff, three separate checkpoints as well so the levels are definitively longer this time around.

I have a PAL console using USB Configurable Loader.
I have wiiloader, and in that there is an option for "REGION FREE EVERYTHING". It's currently set to no. I believe I can also choose region in USB Configurable loader?
What is the best way to play a NTSC game like this?

@Horrordee
Either force the region via Neogamma, or USB Loader GX (CFG Loader too) =)
