Hey guys
quick question, ive had my 360 for years now, it was one of the first releases, I flashed it around then too, one of the first ixtreme firmwares.
my question is, that Ive been using the console rarely, usually when a bit hit gets released. I thought I would try a 48 trial code to see what would happen with read dead redemption, low and behold im still not banned all these years late. Does anyone know how this can be? is my firmware so old that its slipped under the radar? maybe some of you know better about live bannings then me and coudl shed some light on this

you're just a lucky bastard - that's it.
by now it should be clear that MS doesn't perform some sort of ethnic cleansing on each and every modded console, but the bans are - even if they're huge in numbers - intended to be more of a deterrent than a punishment. plus their kinda erratic banning measures help keeping users in the dark about what they (MS) are looking for when banning.
