I refuse to believe in the year 2010 that it is not easier to open a password protected Word .doc.

After like 2 hours of google, like 5 attempted trojan viruses, and about 20 lame ass demo programs that try to charge me a shit ton of money, I am fucking pissed.

I don't even want the stupid password, I just want to remove it. There are a few demo programs that strip the password right out and spit the document back to you in like 10 seconds, but it has demo bullshit all over it.

Someone please tell me the pirate world is not this retarded and there is a piece of software out there to get this done.

Looks silly but it might work... Laughing

Haha, yah, I saw that, and tried it.. doesn't seem to work with .doc files saved under Office 2000 and later. ;p

Finally found some shitty program to attack the encryption and not the password, still going to take 4 days, so lame.

Well if the design is impeccable (as hard as it is to believe with MS Laughing), brute force might be the only method left to try. Just let it do an all-nighter. Smile
