I started a 'Assassin contract' mission, but the mission looked way to easy. There were only 3 soldiers loaded in the mission area and that were connected to the mission. I reloaded the 'contract' mission and there were 8 missing soldiers added to it. This was how the mission should have been in the first load. Anyone had this problem as well? Thanks in advance for any responses back.
