Read my entire post again, the middle section is a quote from a review and I am agreeing with others about it dying quickly in MP, as for getting this game, READ (you can read right?) my first line.

If you were taking more time reading threads instead of posting dumb stuff you'll know that this game is not a port...its made by 2 different teams. One for PS2/Xbox and one for PC

Man, I'm really excited about this one.
Considered buying an XBox just to be able to play this at smooth framerates, but I promptly got ahold of myself and declined.
Anyway, sure is looking badass from all these review scores.
Hopefully a 1.8 with 512 ram (128 ti4400) can stomach it at above 10fps though.
If not, feel free to send me 2 sticks of 512rdram (damn ram parity preventing me from upgrading, that and rdram is fookin expensive). 
Edit: BTW, what's with gogamer.com listing it as 3/9, and PC-CDRom version? 
I ordered from them before, they are faster and cheaper than EBGames, so usually they're correct bout their info. Guess not this time though. Shame.

Yeah the xbox version is great once you start being able to command people. What really is cool is the way you feel attached to certain soldiers after you sergent keeps on lumping you together.

Chill mate ... we all waited long enough that just one more week won't make us a big difference ... your lucky that you ain't a big fan of Duke Nukem Forever cuz the rlz date probally would give a heartattack ;P

meh...... i would play the xbox version more but i just cant get used to the aiming (i played without a crosshair) its cool though i only played the first 3 missions dont wanna spoilt it for myself . pretty good voice acting too. graphics are nice even for the xbox, especially on the first explosion when the guy's like "come get me now". The squad commanding is hard mainly because i tend to be the 1 who does the shooting and they put the pressure on. Still ive been getting into this game a little and using republic commando as a good plan . i think thats a cool game in commanding but BIA will be far superior

and how long does it take to play the game to an end??
hope its longer than republic commndo (only 5-6 hours)
