I have download the latest update for Xbox 360 which enables standard USB storage drives to be used with the console. I have got the 87MB update downloaded from Microsoft's official website. Now my query is that I have heard that this update screws up your avatar's? So should I update or not?
Also let's say if everything goes rosy with the update and I get a thumb drive working on it. Can I back up my existing game saves, my GamerTag and all update data currently present on the memory unit of my Arcade console onto my USB thumb drive? Will it work properly?
1. this update adds USB storage
2. its adds dvix/xvid and install to hdd back if your console was banned
3. but you can't back up profiles that are ONLINE !!! only offline , if you move your online profile to usb and then back to hdd it will be corrupt
