all games are made for consoles then ported over to PC with some benefits but overall it's usually just a step up from consoles.
While PC hardware keeps advancing the consoles stay the same, so a new wave of bigger and better consoles is what is needed to take pc gaming to the next step. but with all these new easy mainstreamed ways to get money from consoles it seems they are focusing on that and not advancing the games.
Next step: Let's make a new Flight Simulator, but like, more acessible, y'know, for the casual players! And let's fill it with QTE's for take off and landing! Insta-Win!

I'm not quite happy with the direction a video-game industry is heading too, but let's face it. Old-school gamers aren't usually targeted audience anymore. I don't see any reason to cry over the fact you "were betrayed" by developers,after all the support you've shown them in past years and now they turned their backs on you. Shame on them! It's business, it's all about money. Move on.

I think it's okay doing this kind of crap for a new franchise (i.e: Guitar Hero, HAWX, GoW, insert any Activision or MS game here ), but estabilished franchises came to be known because of that kind of gameplay/story/gimmick. Simple as that. Wanna try some new crap? Start a new franchise ffs. "24" is almost ending, let the dust settle, buy the rights to make a "24" game for a cheap price and leave SC alone, goddammit.

Haha I actually did reverse lookup on that bit.ly link attached to that video and it's redirecting to some sharecash site. Did quick google and it's probably some dumb site that supposedly pay you 0.4$ or more per single download. Yeah, right. I bet that scammer got scammed right there

The whole point of the DRM is that you have to have a stable connection. You get booted off until a reconnect happens.

Omg forget that then. I was considering buying this but my internet connection is awful. It sometimes takes me more than 10 minutes to reconnect. My modem resets itself many times before working properly again

with comcast, when you dl with torrents, it kills the connection then the modem will reset itself until connection comes back.
It can be skipped sometimes by just pulling the power but will start again once torrents connect, but usually you just have to wait sometimes 1-2minutes, or 5-10 minutes so it just reminds me of comcast.
They were actually sued recently because they advertise their cable as unlimited but they blocked some torrent ports or something and had to award customers who had their service during that time, the payout was like $16USD
