I can't pass the first mission of the Yamur something (the Y).. it's too fuckin difficult to fly with the chopper and still fire at boats :/

I have 2 OS (dual boot: XP_SP3 and Win7+64). On XP a have vc+2005sp1 and vc+2008sp1.
At RELOADED version, I followed the installation step by step but I end up getting this SecuLauncher Error when trying to start the game through LaunchEFLCc.exe. On Win7, the same. Please, if anyone could help I'd really appreciate it...:

Try the older crack. The modified razor 1.0.4.0 crack, it seems to work fine.

Just install patch and apply crack AGAIN.It works for almost everyone with this error(including me).

At the end of the install the game want check the release date, DO NOT CLICK TO CANCEL!
When asks for serial quit, apply patch and crack.

I think it was that it depends a lot on how fast the game can read data, a similar symptom is if there's a lot of taxi cars around, lower settings helps with this.
(Game can't read the data fast enough so it creates a taxi and only loads the lowest quality texture and model, for example if the GPU is over burdened or the VRAM limit nearly reached.)

Pfff performance is a fucking joke. GTA IV run a lot better even on my old card 8800 gts(now 5850im getting 20-30 medium low settings). Im glad i didnt buy it.

Yeah,GTA 4 performs much better then this...
BTW,no more texture streaming problem..water and reflection quality set from very high to high,and problem solved.

Huh, I get much better performance with this (after adding that commandline.txt file) than I got in GTA4.

What do you put in commandline.txt ?
I'm on win7 x64 with 4gb RAM. Don't tell me it still has memory restrictions etc ?
EFLC runs marginally better for me than GTA4, I don't have it maxxed of course. I'm gonna try raising the view distance a bit, actually, it's irritating me.

Performance on this is much better for me too.
Got everything max 1920 x1080 except shadows on high as the tradeoff for frames didn't seem worth the gain.
All view distances are 100.

I had the razor version and never had a problem with saving using an offline account, but this reloaded version, I just can't find the offline profile option anywhere..
I launch the game, hit LIVE, I see 2 options: use existing live account, create live account, I pick the first, fill in my info, hit next, it shows up a window with serial key required, and NO offline account option anywhere. What's the deal?

Turning 'Clip Capture' doesn't make the slightest difference for me.
I read the thread you linked to though and it seems to be a specific problem with the mission 'Sexy Time' and that's were I am in the game so I'll have to wait for a fix.

Then i tried to install the patch and it wants to activate the game, which i cant seem to get around...

Multilayer works for both episodes and original game with hamahci/tunngle WITHOUT teknogods need.Of course both with last patch.Try it after a little,works pefect without buggy teknogods...

after you hit Live,
when you see the text, you need to scroll all the way down to the end of all that text.
the offline option is "hidden" in the text near the bottom. click the link there.

Then your card is dead, because my ATI 4870 gets 40 fps (or higher) on high quality (1920 x 1200).

my 'club' key works great on this release! Yeepee! Also, performance is a bit better than GTAIV (but not by much). Its definately playable though. Story looks great so far!
