At least with the LatD, there are just few new accessible areas afaik, same map.

BTW, are these the last DLC planned for GTA4? Are they already making GTA5? Kinda sad that they won't make a trilogy like with the GTA3 series... But I guess direct sequels (aka GTA5; GTA6; GTA10 make more money... )

Rockstar North's working on a new IP (some agent game in cold war times or sth, PS3 exclusive pfft), my guess is the next GTA game is already in pre-production.

What? Using the same engine for three GTA games in four years sure made them a lot more money then direct sequels.
Anyway, Rockstar has refused to comment on the next GTA game so far.
