Not really, no DVI input, 5ms response time. Can't find reviews on it, but I bet the contrast and colours won't be good either, as it's a budget model.

Yes.
Vista and Windows 7 can both do this, not sure about XP. Haven't used XP in years 
My 22" runs on 1920x1080, my 20" on 1680x1050. Even works fine with Eyefinity, despite the difference in size

so? ipad is sold for 800 euro, it doesn't mean u have to get one coz it's still cost something, i would never get monitor without dvi no matter the cost, unless u are on a very tide budget
