Any one else got the hoodlum version working?? i updated graphics and sound ati xt800 pci xpress / creative sb audigy 2zs it still back screens on startup i have tried several resolutions with same result

Had that happen to me on my 6800gt. I use refresh force to set my refresh rates to match my monitors specs. Once i set my refresh rates to 60hz the game played fine. (sucks playing at 60hz refresh rate!)

I tried that having same problem

still get black screen only mouse pointer is visible

just tried on another machine with geforce mx agp 8x

exact same thing

If you are "mounting a mini image" , try the no cd crack.

i TRIED THE NOCD - SAME THING

on 2 differnet machine with different graphics card ati / nvidia

any ideas???

anyone else having this problem

alcohol is installed on both pcs could this be the issue??

hmm did ya change cd under the installation or did it just installed from CD1? If it only installed from CD1 then the Image is fucked and corrupt... "Why don't you zip it, Zipfero?" - fraich3

I was having the same problem. I tried "enditall" and the game started right up. Must be a conflict somewhere, but i havent figured out where yet....al least i can play though

well, i figured it out. It was norton internet security that was causing nascar not to load. hope this helps
