Yes, it works on 7 x64. I tested it. I've finished the game and I can tell you that with this emulator runs exactly as the original.

12 its not sure yet but AT LEAST to Sequence 9 Memory 6 and there is a bug with one flag racing mission but some people managed to pass it by collecting only 3 from 5 flags.Or it bugs.So they continue to play and searching for bugs to be fixed.

Actually they are not triggers theyve just put a need for server info data in every loading screen like exploring a view point or entering main mission or side mission.Its hard work to collect all of this shit but they are people who are working on it
