around 30.000 people voted for the first 9 episodes on DarkUFO and those ratings were +-0.5% within the 10 people's range so hell yes its representative. I didn't think that Recon, What Kate Does and Sundown were that bad and Ab Aeterno wasn't that good but generally those votes (sadly) do represent the majority point of view (yeah who cares about the fucking majority, Lost is something different for everyone but the tendency is definitely there right?)

It's not about the quality of the eps, the budgets are huge so production values are high. the problem is hat each ep drags on too long and they add little to nothing to the actual story. Almost every ep this season could've been a lot shorter.
If they really aren't going to explain the islands story and the battle between Jacob and the other guy, it'll be shit. I don't mind if it'll be supernatural, unlike their previous claim that all would be explainable scientifically, but not explaining at all is just lazy.

I dont want supernatural explanations, either its explained scientifically or not at all.
I'd like to tell the writers: be atheist or agnostic, dont dare to go the theistic path.
RDM fucked up BSG ending. 90% of all shows are like that. Fringe and Lost the last hope?
I invested 5,5 intensive years into Lost and would hate to be disappointed.
No black and white please, the viewers should be intelligent enough to see that all is grey.

I actually liked it as much as last weeks episode.
The parallels between the island and the sideways reality are coming closer and closer.
This is the ones I noticed on last episode.
- Jin trapped in room 23 (island)
- Jin locked in the restaurant (sideways)
- Sun cutting her finger in the flowers and afterward knocking her head in a tree (island)
- Sun being shot by Mikhail (sideways)
- Mikhail being blind of left eye (island)
- Mikhail damaging his left eye when Jin shoots him (sideways)
- Jin never saw his daughter (island)
- Jin probably lost his daughter when pregnant Sun got shot by Mikhail, also important to notice that the fact that Sun was shot is Jin's fault, a important theme mentioned by Dogen a few episodes back (sideways)
- Jin and Sun seem unable to find each other (island)
- Keamy states that Jin and Sun are not meant to be together (sideways)
 Spoiler: | also important to notice that some filming spoilers seem to indicate that Sun will get killed in a Submarine explosion by episode 16 along with 7 other important characters

This was just the most obvious stuff, this is going to be important somehow, I just can't figure how if the sideways is going to be what happens after the island or if it is some unknown concept the writers are delivering us.
Also, I really could relate with what Withmore said to Jin about his reasons and why he came to the island, he really seems genuine in what his saying, but on the other hand I really can't conceive the notion that MIB (Smoke Monster) is evil incarnate, I mean, it's obvious that he did some shady things on the island, but every single character on the show did equally bad or worst acts on their lifes, plus, he also seems extremely genuinely when he claims that everything he wants is to be free, he's definetely not lying there.
What I can theorize is that MIB was a long time ago "infected" by the Smoke Monster, and while the consciousness on that entity is the MIB and he genuinely wants to get free, what he has attached to him (the smoke monster) would consequentilly destroy the world or whatever if the MIB got free, this could explain how the MIB seems such a genuine character while at the same time everyone runs scared of him.

Yeah, we actually had the scripts for the episodes on the VIP FTP, and we pretty much have all the episodes there already (season finale was uploaded two days ago). Why do you think Ronhrin is so confident the ending will be good and I am so confident it will suck bad like all Lost?

They are all dead, the Locke smoke monster turns into a huge packet of tobacco and they make a piece pipe out of the second plane and smoke him while singing kumbaya

Because I actually read the finale script that was posted on the server 2 days ago, and you just read through the bad parts and pointed your finger at what you didn't like?
I liked a lot the fact that it was all a hallucination by Hurley and he is on the mental hospital because he killed all the "losties" on a collapsing deck accident 2 years before.
Plus the fact that Jacob was the first nurse that attended to the scene was phenomenal imo.

we'll see how the wheel is built and how smokey came to be in episode 6x15 Across the Sea it's going to play in the year 23.
I guess the dude was pushed into one of those electromagnetic pockets and became the black smoke and the wheel was his first attempt at escape.
but its also possible the egyptians who built the statue created the wheel...
don't expect any explanations about the Island itself and how its moving through time and space Dr. Chang said that it has unique scientific properties and most of it is linked to those pockets of electromagnetism, that's all they're gonna tell us.
