I've got the phenom II X4 964 BE.

I dont know wtf is going on, the cpu is on all stock setttings 3.4 mghz and 1.4vcore but last night and today while gaming the vcore will pull fucking 1.54volts! casuing it to heat up to 75C!.
Ive got the vcore set to auto in bios and it sits at 1.4 usually but its unlocked itself and started pulling it more and more... wtf? i treid changing it from auto to 1.4 but it still draws more while gaming...

ive got cpuid hardware monitor, it shows temps and voltages of everything.

its wierd because like right now, ive rebooted the computer and im running the monitor and orthos and everything is fine. but once i game for a bit, the cpu vcore will just unlock itself and draw in 1.5.... and then i have to reboot... i dont get it.

and its not just one game.

i turned off cool n quiet, see if maybe that helps. it wasnt an issue before but... im stuck

What kind of cooler do you have? And you may need to remove it, clean the gunk off, add fresh goo and re-seat the cooler. Gunk have a tendency to "dry out" and lose efficiency with time.
