well i said ages back (probably in different thread) that i was hoping there would be some kind of continuity/savegame import feature for the game, so yay... remains to be seen just how 'important' it is.... have i actually made a difference in the gameworld and how key parts of the story play out? or will the most it'll amount to is free vampire sex at the brothel, dipshit character number 87 refuses to talk to me in the new game because i didnt clear out his cellar infested with nasty critters, and one or two old characters say 'hi' when i make it to town number 2....
...but nothings gonna change the fact that white raylas still dead though.. *sniff* she was fucking awesome. wish i coulda saved her.
limited time chosing dialog im kinda iffy about... will we have enough time to read ALL options, or are we going to have like 5 seconds to do a gut-choice.... its not like i take 10 minutes to pick an option n shit anyway, so i dont know how much of effect it'll have really... but i like the idea
-what WOULD be great is if the timer only came up for certain sequences, but not ALL the time... u know, to keep the pacing up... like around action scenes n shit... that would be a REALLY cool implementation of the concept.
QUESTION
can anyone tell me if they actually HAVE replaced the voice cast? because that'd suck. cept for triss if shes still around, her voice acting was kinda meh... or maybe its just because i didnt like her

you didnt remember?! it was, like, a core part of the entire overall story that gives you the whole OMG WTF feeling at the end.
i order you to replay it. u know u want to anyway.

It's said he could travel through time and space and perhaps you killed his older self as Jacques.
Personally I found the Alvin aspect of the story is kinda weak and confusing. He serves as a way to force you to choose a path in deciding who to leave him with and I have to say I never cared too much for him and was surprised to see him show up again and again and spew his cryptic little speeches...

i liked him in the story. you wonder how the hell he fits into the story and his importance, and to be honest? shit, i didnt feel let down at all... i thought it was great.
| Spoiler: | i mean you were basically his idol... to see at the end that YOUR impact on him is what defined who he became.. and to switch between an innocent child and see the harsh man he grew to become... was pretty powerful really. |

I played this game twice, which is very rare for me. If the saves will have big impact, I'll replay again.

I remember one magazine review of the Witcher, the main points of which were it was not Oblivion and the cards were somehow filthy and childish
They made the guy redo it because of the appaling score he gave it and the fact he managed to play the whole game without figuring out the fighting system, the one that was explained at the start of the game
The cards were fine but no big loss really
Looking forward to this one

I remember this vagely too. They kicked this test after a massive raging of players and another guy had to test it with a very different result after all.
