Game is excellent. The car chase is hilarious.

Edit: Laughing I was grappled onto the front of an enemy car, and I'd killed everyone except the driver. As a last ditch effort, he drove the car straight into a gas pump, killing both of us.

Incredible game with stunning graphics (which in itself is an incredible achievment considering how it doesnt play out in tiny, restricted levels like most crappy shooters do).

First game in, i don't know how many years, that has put a constant smile on my face while playing.. i'm really picky when it comes to games these days, but this is truly a must buy for me Cool

Yep, I'll probably never get bored of that blastwave effect that comes from bigger explosions - looks great from afar.

yeah cause the scene needs me to show them off. They've been doing a great job with their bickering and stupid nukes the last 5 years or so.
They lost all focus to win the races. But hey what do I know.I just play the games.Oh yeah and 8bit music really is so cool ... not

I didn't try it, since I don't have one - but the game has a special menu just for the 360 controller, so I guess: yes
Sadly it doesn't seem to recognize any other gamepads at all ingame (also found this info in a news post about the demo)... pretty weak. I'll try to map the keyboard keys to my pad with Joy2Key, maybe that'll work half decent - don't intend to play this with kb/mouse. :/

Do you actually lose anything by dying? Just died the first time (4 attack choppers at once, and all I did was attack a teeny-tiny military base ) and forgot to check my money and parts I've gathered so far.

I love it how you can be a complete ass towards the civilians; usually you get penalized (like in Mercs 2, you had to pay for each death) but here even the military won't give a fuck. Laughing

found a quicker fix for non-360 gamepads, than key remapping with an external program

http://virusdev.ovh.org/files/xinputemu/x360ce%20vibmod%203.1.4.1.zip
this patches the xinput dll so that it emulates a 360 pad, even if you dont actually have one, for "games for windows"

just extract the dll and ini to the game directory, done
