No she wouldn't. If you had paid attention to what she said. They need to lie on the side to not die in their sleep, and he moves her out of the way. If there was any evidence to show this, he would be convicted of murder. Particularly if he doesn't save her.
I think Mr. White has really, really poor character and judgment (in some ways, he's more of an idiot than Pinkman) but I don't think he is a murderer.

I don't think Walt is a retard, he's just an amateur. And he partnered up with Jesse because Jesse does what he says and is trustworthy, when he's not high of course. Jesse's humiliation when Walt gave him the money said it all. The kid has character, but he's an idiot.

Walt is definitely no retard. But most of the things he does are retarded.
And no, no person like Jesse has character. That's exactly the thing they do NOT have. They turn to drugs because they pity themselves. Spineless cretins who are easily manipulated and flip like hamburgers at the first sign of something mildly better.
And he's not trustworthy either. He seriously would risk the opportunity to make millions for that junkie girl he met just recently? That tells you how trustworthy he is.
In a way though, these two deserve each other. Two fuckups on a depressing, albeit entertaining to watch road to hell. (Why, do you think the makers of Six feet under are going to give you a happy ending?)
I also think fisk should be unbanned.

Walter is made out to be a brilliant chemist, yes. But beyond that - he's pretty much a miserable failure. He can do some things to repent though:
a) Confess to his wife what he is doing. And then quit it. If she can't accept it, leave her.
b) Stop dealing with Jessie.
c) Save Jessie's girlfriend's life and then never communicate with them ever, at all.
d) Get back on track doing what he does best - but in a LEGAL capacity. Dealing drugs is for losers.
e) Grow some balls and get back on track with his old girlfriend (that really was his love) by getting what's rightfully his.
f) Stop being such a sour fucking whino.
I also think fisk should be unbanned.

Seen all episodes, even the new 305 (thats on right now)
and i must say Walters wife is really a self-centered bitch ,
when she was pregnant she was so pissed on her family for not caring for her (see the fist season when she shouted about it to Hank, when he told her sister is a kleptomaniac) but only for Walt, when all in the house didn't gave shit about her state (being pregnant)
Her anger so much accumulated in her that she couldn't understand why Walt sold drugs. (wake up bitch he has 4 years, even if the cancer operation would work he will still die)
But then her anger found another way to hurt Walt: fuck her old boss in her new accounting job.
The best thing in it is her boss, does the same thing. He steals money and guess what she helps him in this crime... all this just to destroy the man that everyone loved when he had cancer.
but this episode is so special :
Hank has the same crisis, after the dramatic events in his carrier... he begins to have the same problems that Walt has........ so what Marie does she calls her sister Skyler, and in this moment NEWS FLASH BITCH her conscious turns on and he finally understands Walt, in this moment she goes home to explain (forgive him) but he is gone ... his stuff is gone, the money he wanted to gave to his family is gone .... only whats left are the divorce papers in the baby cradle
the LULZ moment in this new episode was when that lady shrink told Skyler she will lose everything is she will be still married to a criminal...too bad Skyler didn't told her she fakes the books in her new accountant job to save her Boss
