hey, am having a problem when installing windows 7 on a asus laptop, this is the windows 7 ultimate BIE release, whenever i install with activate when online checked or not checked at all, it still says it has 30 days to activate, this is when installing clean on a new partition.

anybody else having the same problem? or how to fix? i don't really like using loaders but i guess i'll probably have to.

You don't like using loaders, but what exactly do you think the pre-"cracked" means? There are no cracks for Vista or 7, just loaders. Smile

Just use the loader linked in my guide (stickied in this forum).

You need to first uninstall the BIE loader and install the Daz loader.

A BIOS mod isn't a loader. Plus there is that new thing that Hazar has made. ... but yeah, a loader is probably the best option. Smile

i have the original BIE release installed and windows update still works fine + no notice or anything.
