For those of you who are still having issues with the mouse, specially on the main menu, try this:
1- Right click the BFBC2Game.exe
2 - Click "properties"
3 - Then click on the "compatibility"
4 - Check "disable desktop composition" and "disable scaling on high DPI settings"
I also checked run as administrator just in case. Voila! It works for me anyway.
I'm running win 7 64 bit and I got the Reloaded version of the game.
P.S: If someone else already posted this solution, then get stuffed!

I saw that earlier today as well. Funny as hell. Gotta love them taking jabs at MW2. That's some funny shit. BC2 is just a much better game IMO. Even if MW2 had dedicated servers, I still think BC2 is the better game overall.
