you have to ask to skidrow russian guys for this. i think them indeed are able to test nothing before to release something. steam client go to patch your game in a different way and for different languages so you can get errors if you patch with ripped standalone files

Now the game runs fine! I've applied the patches and now I've got dialogs and the stuttering is almost gone, its barely noticeable.

to people with saves not working: i think you need to start a new game because saves are incompatible between different group cracks, like they were in serious sam hd for example

Patch 2 helps a bit but neither patch is fully stable if using DX11 without a fully DX11 compatible GPU, latest ATI Catalyst 10.3 beta (Released yesterday.) also improves things bit.
(FERMI or GF470/GF480 once it's out or the ATI 5000 series.)

You could get around this before by using Reloaded's DX11 .exe and Razors Steamapi file.

Partially compatible would be for those DX11 titles that are backwards compatible with DX10 or 10.1 GPU models like AvP and Battleforge (And Unigine benchmark to a degree.) are, doesn't use SM 5 or advanced techniques like tesselation but can improve performance with various tweaks instead like direct compute improvements and shader optimizations.
(Which was the reason with those games to use DX11 if run with DX10 cards, unfortunately AvP is quite unstable when played like that although patch 2 is said to have fixed quite a few crash related problem and stability issues.)

Aliens.Vs.Predator.Update.1.and.2.Crackfix-SKIDROW <- this is improving FPS a bit (might also be the new nVidia beta driver also).
But now stuttering is even more annoying. Great FPS on max settings and frustrating stutter (or Strutter, for that matter  ). Might be crack to blame. Oops, did I say "Crack"? I meant...erm.. no.. erm... noDVD?!

The new Swamp Map Pack comes out today and they want $7.99 for it? LOL. What a bunch of fucking retards they have over at Sega. The game has maybe 2000 people peak right now and they want to split the community further? What a fucking joke and what a bunch of ass clowns they have over at SEGA.
