Quote:
Frida Abbas (Janette Armand), a second-generation Iranian-American, has dropped out of Princeton University to return to her hometown of Port Gamble. She experiences unintentional racism from her former neighbors, who not only do not consider her American, but frequently mistakenly call her Iraqi. Frida also faces pressure from her father to be more prideful of her Iranian heritage. Tom Hunt (Doug Fahl) has also returned to Port Gamble, with his boyfriend, Lance Murphy (Cooper Hopkins). Tom has come back in order to come out of the closet to his mother.
After many of the town's inhabitants become zombies due to an apparent terrorist attack, Frida, Tom, and Lance encounter increasing difficulties for being perceived by many as being different.

less than quite a few pornos then,

7.5 rating 5 votes suggests they had the whole cast and everyone involved rig the voting on imdb

I'd rather have O'Bannon's work over Romero any day of the week.

How about some new Living Dead movies, even if they are reboots?

Haven't watched it yet but, it SEEMS to be a comedy/spoof of the genre. So its not a true zombie movie per se. Fulci and the old skool Romero would probably not be offended

I only asked since you've been creating a lot of templates lately (which is appreciated). I meant it more as a 'in the future' type way (imdb links are also a helpful time saver) Smile

Gah, I don't want more zombie comedy flicks, they're all dumb. I want the old Romero style of Zombies as a sociological question about existence and human nature as well as the gore, fear and feeling of doom/apocalypse.

Ok, understood, it's just there wasn't much content on this particular film.

I am creating the templates to help try and keep the forum fresh, someone however believe its more to do with wanting attention, you'll have to decide for yourself which it is.

+1 I dont read a lot of comics, but the walking dead is pretty cool for some of that old style Romero

Indeed, the walking dead kicks ass it's brutal, "realistic" in terms of human nature when in crisis, also Frank Darabont is making a mini series on it, the screenplay recieved great reviews as fa as I'm aware, so screw Romero and screw this POS.
