I will never understand cracking groups. Is there any profit for cracking games?
It is even harder to understand people posting fake cra(p)cks, writing false news, announcements... There is definitely something missing in their lives (and that is not Assassin Creed 2).

I am surprised people still find these progress updates and actually think they are real... you might think the crack teams have their own PR person to keep the public informed. May be they should create a twitter account to reach a wider audience.
I suppose theoretically it is possible that someone close to people or a person in one of the groups could find out how it's going, and then try to inform others, but probability of that happening and actually finding this real info among everything fake is quite low I'd imagine.
In any case, all this has the markings of a typical "Hitler finds out of that Ubi's DRM hasn't been cracked yet" video. With him lashing out on Reloaded, Razor and Skidrow reps on their crappy job and lack of progress...

Whats hard to understand? They do it out of competition and want to prove people that nothing is secure.
Its an insult to even mention them in the same sentence as trojanspreaders and such.

bought the key and like madmax said I deserve to be punished. Don`t have big problems with connecting but the game is running like crap on my quite high end PC

hell i'm not buying this game even if they woul'd stop making PC games otherwise...it's not worth it not even 20$...no way in hell...maybe if it were 10$ i would think about it

kids, can never be enough of them at a time like this...
ive not read the link, but I wonder if anyone has read the aggrements they click on when installing, no doubt it says somewhere in legal terms, "may be some issues with initial server connections due to the newness of the protection used"
you can bet ur arse they are covered..
