So I've seen a wallpaper with Ezio having a double switchblade. Does this factor into the gameplay? Also does he have only 8 fingers?

Well, you can kill two guards at once with the switchblade. And no, he didnt remove any fingers since the wepons was modified.

The game is really good and worth the money. Its just sad to see a game like this being infested with cancer.

But dont buy it, game hasnt worked in 2 days. Wait for Ubisoft to remove the DRM or wait for scene release.

They're probably just using that as a scapegoat. I doubt that's what's really happening.

What? I've been playing it since March 5 and the only time I couldn't play was the day before yesterday, and it was for like 15-20 minutes.

what the hell does it mean "we're working on it" when it's a ddos attack? Smile
are they actively furiously twiddling their thumbs or do they actually pretend there's something they can do when it's raining other than pop a brolly?

The DLC's are included in the PC version right?

As for the game not working, it does work but you don't know whether starting it will take seconds or minutes. It's not that you can't get in ever, you simply can't login for a couple of minutes at times. Sure it's just 10-20 minutes, but it pisses people off since it's a SP game. I haven't been kicked out of the game since release day though, so that seems to be fixes. I didn't play much, so my experience might be mild.

Arsenal Shipyard is also included as is three extra templar lairs to explore and a separate downloadable "dungeon" via uPlay for 40 "points"
(Completing two in-game achivements and then the two remaining ones to be able to unlock Altairs outfit so you can look like him instead.)

you can allready see some controversial news on many game blogs that those "attacks" as ubi calls them, are normal users that login on to play this game
those constant pings that this drms sends and the amount of users that play this game at the same time crashed ubi server
in other words those servers where crated to enable x amount users to play at the same time but not x + 20000 like its was with Bioshock

New Ubisoft twitter:

Login servers were partially reestablished at 10pm CET and fully restored at 1am CET. The attack affected only those trying to login.

http://twitter.com/Ubisoft

I've read somewhere, that a new update available, 0111. Is that true?

But isn't Arsenal Shipyard and the 3 extra Templar lairs only available for pc in the Black Edition?

I wish I could buy those on uplay as dlc.

It's kinda complicated, there's the regular edition and then there's the extra edition that includes those areas (Both digital and retail.) but there's also a retail edition initially that includes these but without the extra boxed content.

http://www.pcgameshardware.com/aid,704417/Assassins-Creed-2-PC-version-coming-in-limited-First-Edition/News/

EDIT: Gamersgate has both editions (For all Ubisoft games even, although no details yet about what's in Settlers 7 and Splinter Cell CE's.) and Steam only has the better edition of both Silent Hunter and AC2 but at a slightly higher price point.
(Compared to the standard retail edition.)

Razor stopped working on the AC2 crack.
Skidrow is working on it (in scene is avalable this crack, however still has to get the st-H4 hash check to ubi server reroute correct, this means that encryption is not fully working later on)
Reloaded is is creating an entire RIP database for AC2, but they said it will take time(possibly a month).

These are the latest news on the scene crack of AC2. It is possible that Skidrow will overcome the st-H4 problem in a day or two (as they said yesterday) so it can be that it can be here today or tomorrow. Reloaded will make a fully working cracked version but it will take more since it is a FULL rip.

Since when scene groups "reporting" about their progress?
