I'm at the assassination sequence in chapter two nearly so there would be a lot of stuff missing from the earlier areas, it uses a autosave system (Saves very often also.) so I can't do individual saves.

Also that "Animus" bug isn't just for Animus data, now and then the game does a flashy sequence like loading a new area or similar and the same bug (Or what to call it.) will trigger so you wouldn't be able to get very far.

Maybe you need to freshen up your http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Humor detector. Creating a caricature with Photoshop is not only entertaining but also deserves an instant victory in this forum battle Wink

Interesting and very useful to know.

A crack would be nice to have just to be more clear but it might take a while for this system to be truly "disabled" or what to call it.
(Ubisoft was or perhaps still is planning to release the unprotected version later on, probably in a few months but that's not guaranteed to happen.)

From everything I've read, they will only release a patch that is removing DRM only if they decide to shut down the DRM servers. Sad

Which, as they've said, wouldn't happen for at least two years.
