Sadly it doesn't work with eyefinity.
Maybe they'll implement that in a future update, I even tried to manually set the resolution but it just results in a black screen once you get in the sub.
The above picture is with 8x Antialiasing. 16x anisothropic filtering, rendering at vsync locked 60fps, all details maxed out.
