Im actually having an HP Scanjet 2200c and a HP Deskjet 5940

I've found this "HP F2420" wich's a Scanner and Printer at the same time and its compatible with every Windows XP/Vista/7 in both 32/64bits versions for the laughin' price of 50€

I was wondering if the scanning area of the F2420's bigger or smaller and scans much better resolutions or something than the 2200c and if the printing is better than my 5940..i mean,its supposed to be "newer" (Black box,new HP Logo,etc...) and all that.

You can compare. The price of these things really is irrelevant, check the price of cartridges and how many pages they can print.

Why the 2nd link,the 2400 series,shows compatibility with XP and Vista 32/64bit and not W7?,i tought it was shown compatible here on the spanish HP site...

...thou its taller than my deskjet ¬¬...

but is it better overall than my actual stuff?..i mean,it looks much newer than my stuff ..i just dont understand much of the stuff in the links (Rinze) ..

Get a dedicated scanner imo Smile

also ditch the inkjet and get a laser, printing colour is what work printers are for Smile
