Wow. A tv, pc, and a coach huh? Lulz.
Buddy of mine has a PC plugged to his Plasma in the living room. He uses a wireless keyboard and a mouse on fold out table he bought from Sam's club. Doesn't seem to be a very big issue.
I agree though. They should allow gamepads as an option. The whinnying would be epic when all the gamepad/coach users got their asses smacked over and over again by keyboard/mouse users.

Yes I'm getting this stuttering also, no matter what graphic setting I try.
Using an intel q9550, ati 4870/512, 1066mhz DDR2 RAM, realtek motherboard audio, Vista at 1920x1200. Anyone have a fix for this please?? |
I've already said why this happens earlier in the thread but I guess I'll say it again.
This issue was already rooted out in the beta, it was also fixed. The problem was only noticable on machines where the CPU was much faster than the GPU, causing it to que up too many frames. They limited the number of frames it could que up and the problem was solved. The fix did not make it onto the retail disc though and will be in the 0-day patch. |

If anyone has problems with wierd stuttering and want a quick fix, go to the settings.ini file in your documents under BBC2 folder, in there change the DXversion to 9. Heres my config, runs perfectly:

Quite enjoying the SP! Very fun combat, but the bloom is killing me. I'm in a desert mission and I can't see shit with all the bloom from the sun. They can drop crates of weapons, but can't drop me a pair of shades?
i7 6700k @ 4.4 GHZ, 2060s, 16 GB RAM, SSD, Windows 10x64.

Or only contrast, because brightness' primary control is for blacklevel
Btw, the standard contrast setting of many new monitors is too high
