Latest Movies i've watched:

Ninja assassin - 6/10. Giving it as high as 6 due to the voilence which entertained me alot. I enjoyed watching the movie despite the many time I laughed at the story.
Rec 2 - 8/10. Great movie and i love the fact that it started instantly where the last one ended. However, the ending was quite predictable.

my problem with the film was thatl the ENTIRE film was cobbled together out of plot devices, so yeah thats the reason she accepted everything so quickly. was a nonexistant story that was strung together with fights. which was why the ending was such a massive letdown.

yep the fight half way through (roughly) was fucking beautifully choreographed... cgi fest, but it was one of the most amazingly choreographed and satisfying fights that ive seen in a long time.

I agree, entertaining! However, it would have been more enjoyable with a better story.

Shutter Island 8/10 - Interesting mystery/thriller from Scorsese that leaves you guessing until the end. Great, powerful performance by Dicaprio, possibly his best performance to date. Also Ben Kingsley does a nice role as the eccentric Dr. Cawley, as well as the rest of the cast. Scorsese has a way of pulling out the best in actors. No cardboard characters here, instead many layers both character- and plotwise. Both cinematography and music is very 60s Hitchcockian in nature.

Not for everyone though, it's quite slow moving (but wouldn't work any other way). If you expect 500 explosions every 7 minutes, GTFO Razz

Gamer - 1/10 - Barely discernable story wrapped up in jump-cut vfx-overload, with lots of random explosions and "high-tech" garbage and closeups on guys/girls flexing their muscles/showing their tits.

Clearly I am not the target audience, but if this is what kids like, no wonder they get ADHD. ^^

actually probably 50% of movies I get I never searched for by name in the first place. it's only by browsing newzbin or binsearching for x264 720p you discover that they even exist.

The Crazies

6/10

Went and saw this with a few buddies tonight. Lots of dumb things happen in this movie. Some jumps here and there. Reminded me of Left 4 Dead in a few spots.
Could have been much better. Needed more fighting off "crazies" in it. Would rather have seen them fighting off hordes of them than the little skirmishes.
Not what i thought it would be but not terrible either.
Wait for it to come out on DVD or bluray.

Henry, portrait of what the fuck did I just watch - 2/10

Can understand its supposed to be brutal and lack any moral, but what the fuck, its so stupid, surely the real Henry Lucas wasnt this fucking retarded. they stop a guy in the middle of the busy road with the hood up, and just stand there and shoot him in the face, and climb back in casually then drive off.. all of a sudden there are NO cars anywhere. WTF?

Another thing, without spoiling, the stupid bitch sister of that fucking hillbilly.. she sees henry like 3 times in the entire film and within 1 week, she loves him? (well he did saves you from your insest loving buttfucker brother.. but still).

I can only concolude that the makers of this film wrote the script only on what they thought Henry Lucas did, without actually looking at any of the evidence of the real crimes because the whole thing was dumb and retarded, portraying Henry as a stupid fuck (no way in hell did someone this stupid in real life get away with 300+ murders) this movie fucking sucked.

Armoured - 6/10 ... decent, but you really have to ignore all the plot holes, and think of it as entertainment. If you start thinking about the reality of the situation you're going to realize that this movie isn't very realistic at all.

Shutter Island - 9/10

Don't think I ever saw a movie that depressed me more than this one.

However, it didn't stop me from thinking how funny would the scenes with Michelle Williams look with the song from Dawson's Creek playing.

Ninja Assassin - 6/10 Entertaining but silly. Reminded me too little of the great trashy ninja movies of the 80'ies with Sho Kosugi. I'm not a fan of CGI-splatter either.
