Ah marvellous - another update... guess I'll be mounting the mini-image again till RZR do their stuff.

Is the DLC available for PC already? I mean, not a "release" but the legit one.

Oh! that means the DLC is out, and we are just waiting to someone to release it. Good.

BTW, Borderlands is a very good game, anyway I am not sure cell-shading graphics is a good idea for games like this one.

There is this tweak tool:
http://gbxforums.gearboxsoftware.com/showthread.php?t=85874

You can disable the outline shader with it. (black edge on everything)
Still looks cartoony cause of the textures but still interesting. I use it myself.

I already tested that; now I just manually change things in configuration files.

BTW, I note a bug in the sky if I disable the black lines, so I keep them.

I still wish Gearbox had kept the original art style as an unlockable option or something. It would have been cool to play the game as it was originally made Very Happy

The old assets wouldn't work with how the world is now. I'm glad it's the way it is.

The game looked incredibly generic before they switched art-style. I'm glad it's gone.

I said OPTION. Not "I'm a console tard that wants brown everywhere!11" ffs. The new art-style is great and IN MY OPINION the old art style looked great too. In fact, I don't recall anyone whining when the gameplay vids were released... hell, if anything, the whining came AFTER the new art style change.

So again, to repeat myself; I wish Gearbox would have kept the old art style as AN UNLOCKABLE OPTION.

Various images, only just started but I noticed you could buy new SDU's or what their name is so you do get quite powerful towards the end it would seem.
(Level 61 is going to take a while though, heh.)

Is there an overview how to get the game working with all the latest patches and DLCs without running into trouble?
Which release is considered the " better" one?

All you need is the latest version cracked so 1.3 (waiting on a release) or use a mini image. As for the DLCs all you really need to do there is copy the provided DLC1, DLC2, etc folders into the right game folder from whatever release you use.
