This is no "special" release, it's a regular Russian BluRay just like a R5-DVD is a regular Russian DVD, therefore we shure will see more of the same from non-scene groups.
Since scene groups will still get the R5-DVD and make an XviD rip (because the scene rules say so) we won't see much more though...
