just beat the game must say i had a great time with it only took about 8 hrs though but was a blast whole way through and cant wait for another one. I played as a good guy saving the little sisters rather then harvesting them have to play again to be bad to get the other ending.

have to agree with senormojo, you have to give this game a chance, takes about 2-3 hours until it reveals its awesomeness Wink
I loved the first game and really looked forward to this one but after playing my first 1 hour session i came back disappointed, after investing more time the disappointment disappeared and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
The First one was a bit better though because of the novelty factor and the more awesome story twists at the ending.
so for me:
Bioshock 1: 9.6
Bioshock 2: 8.9

I think 6.314 is more appropriate.

Be fair guys, the first one is at least 8/10 (being repetitive is the only real big minus). But this new one is way to much of the same. Ok, it was kinda cool to control the big daddy at first, its back to meh pretty fast... So bio2 is 7-7,5/10 imo

On the last level now, doubt it will have a cool ending. Kinda unsure witch one I get, been harvesting about as many little sisters as iv been rescuing

Really you thought bioshock 1 was repetitive? Loved every minute of it and loved the setting. One of my top 20 games ever (And Ive been a gamer since 92)

And Bioshock 2 actually has a pretty good ending (at least the good ending when you save every little sister) your moral choices really have an impact at the end, even more than in bs1. And there are some big surprises..

people act like these ps3 releases are new because of the geohot "hack".

FYI the first game release was on 2006-11-25 NFL_Madden_2007_USA_BLURAY_PS3-PARADOX

yes that is 2006.

I picked this up today Very Happy

Collectors edition. It's quite possibly the best packaging ive ever seen for a game, the box is awesome soft black board with glittery/reflective butterfly made of hand prints on the cover as you can see Very Happy

Inside its got 3 posters, pretty thin paper quality but still looks good, a vinyl of the original score, a CD that looks like a vinyl of the new soundtrack, and an AWESOME 164 page hardbacked art book, which is filled with really good quality art work and descriptions Smile

I love it!

Damn Very Happy i regret using single verbatim dual layer dvd+r on this game. I dont know how i would feel if i had bought it.

After getting past the bum section on the PC - I dug up an old XBOX, and am not playing it on the XBOX. This game requires some fast fingers to switch in between plasmids and proper weapon choices, and I lack the ability.

actually that only cost me £50 Wink thats £15 more than standard retail which is pretty sweet, the art book is sold separately I think but the posters and soundtrack/packaging are a nice addition, love it Smile

I don't know what's wrong with this game but it just seems like it's missing something to me. I can't put my finger on it.

I've played about 3 hours or so and I'm liking it a lot less than I liked the first (which bored me by the end). It seems to me that this game is nothing more than an expansion with no real innovation in terms of gameplay and over all I'm finding it to be quite a dull experience overall. I can't imagine that I'll finish this game any time soon.
