Just completed the Marine missions. Pretty descent, scare the shit out of my daughter everytime an Alien comes out of nowhere to attack me. Sound effects are good with a good surround sound system. Graphics are quite shitty, feels like a tweak Xbox game.

Not bad, I dont think the graphics are bad at all, the aliens look pretty good, one thing I dont like is they seem small and wimpy compared to the Aliens model, they seem more based on Alien 3.
Could have been better, could have been worse, the wall climbing of the Alien drove me a bit mad, but I completed it, short though.
I am looking forward to Aliens : USMC, which I'm hoping it going to be like L4d Aliens style with abilities to weld doors shut etc. Wasn't really bothered about AVP coming out to be honest, I dont like the predator and I dont like it being mixed with the Alien/ marine world.

Yes I agree theres certain trolls on this forum really messing it up for everyone else and putting of new members, I have reported them and sent a message to the mods but not even a reply.
I dont post here often, simply because of a few idiots on here, and it really is just a few idiots, most people are OK.

How do you know that he's not talking about you? You're the biggest problem here. You're such a cry baby, and whenever anyone disagrees with you're point of view you label them an such and such fanboy, a troll..yada yyada yada. You're the troll. I've also never seen anyone on any forum ever cry so much and request that people are banned or punished. You need to dry your eyes and grow a pair. It's pretty sad to be honest. I really do feel sorry for you.

EDIT: Anyway, on topic. I think I'll download this one and give it a go anyway. Despite all of the negative comments on the game it seems that it's not all bad. I has to be worth a 50 cent DL.

This.
The Marine campaign is nowhere near as creepy as the first three AVP games, and the voice acting is poor, but the game itself is actually rather good - and the PC version should, hopefully, remedy my complaints about the graphics and framerate. All in all it's definitely worth a DL, but not £40/€50.

First of all I have never called anyone a 'fan boy' Secondly I am not crying over anything but merely agreeing with that poster, and how did you realise I was talking about you when I mentioned trolls, and I thought you had me on ignore or was you trying to get a reaction out of me? and as I pointed out to the other one, I dont actually disagree with what you said, but your rude and offensive to just about everyone who posts on here and one of the people who do it with impunity to the point that I think you must be in wit h the mods.

Anyhow ontopic :
I played the game a bit and must say it got intense moments (scary moments), have put it on hold till I got Mass Effect 2 out.
