As I hear it's some kind of trap set by Valve to ban users who use illegal Steam programs (like Steam-Down, Six-Steam or ppatcher). Game only appears in hacked clients and you're account is banned if you download the game (which btw you can't even play)..

Makes sense. I don't have it in my list and I do have an original account.

I have the gold package with no "illegal" Steam programs, no DoD: Beta for me.

Yea, it's not very likely that Valve would release that beta without any official announcement. There is a topic on Steampowered forums about this too, ppl getting thier accounts banned and stuff...

Well it might be there for the internal beta testing since steam-down unlock everything it doesnt mean its another scam from Valve to bring their "Nazi Reign" upon us once again.
