sometimes my character's left hand (plasmids) "freezes" and it suddenly stops working... Now, after a cutscene, they both disappeared and i can't fire guns or plasminds.... anyone getting this too?

Yea got that in a fight with a big sister... It didnt respond to "Q" but it did to F1 switches after fight (didnt try during fight, was trying to survive without using plasmids >.<)

I actually agree here, SP is just as good, if not better like BS1.

sabin1981, I haven't seen you writing that the game sucks even once.
I've started playing Bioshock 1, have just cleared 2 sisters-and it's clearly better than the second one.
No, we have no bears on the streets here in Russia.

Yeah the retail version has two different launchers, though what can a 80 kb file do?
(Well OK so GTA IV introduced a few protection triggers but so far it seems the game works fine.)
Nice with a proper release though.

what differance does it make anyway the razor launcher launches both MP and SP perfectly and MP works with a valid key too, so getting a whole new release for nothing seems like a waste of time.

Getting only the stand-alone launchers should be enough, no need to re-acquire the entire DVD image, heh.
Ofcourse the game might also work just fine as is.

Soooooo, finished the game. Nothing much to add to my first impressions, the first game had a better story, better graphics and overall atmosphere, but the second game had more action and somewhat better gameplay. Plus MP! =D It was however shorter, i completed it in 8 hours, while it took about 22 hours to complete the first one. Found a couple of bugs here and there too, but nothing really major.
So 7/10, could've been better, would've worked as an expansion, it's border-lining unacceptable as a sequel tho.

Bloody good game , yet another keeper. The only thing i would like to see is a higher res texture pack but apart from that i thought it was pretty spot on.

Completed it earlier today and it was better than I had thought it would be. However the locations you visited was nowhere near as good as the ones in Bioshock 1. I have to say the best improvement for me was the fact that weapons would stay effective throughout the game, I remember in bioshock 1 where you would need 5-6 shells just to down one splicer in close combat just because you were close to the end, made no sense what so ever.

Well atleast runs good, 100fps+ all times at 1080p. But the game itself is good, tbh first one was better but this is good aswell. Playing as big daddy wasnt that great choice imo but will do, In bioshock 3 you will be playing as little sister for sure
