i did it and then bäng Seculauncher failed to start application....

Hmm that's odd then, are the other requirements fullfilled? game also needs LIVE installed (Available via Microsofts website, version 3.2 currently.) alongside the VC++ 2005 redist (Should be installed already, used by many other titles, there's also a 2005 SP1 variant but while recommended it's not required.) .NET also needs to be up to date for LIVE to work.
Shouldn't be any problem with XP or SP3 of it and I assume the GPU drivers and such are also fairly up to date.
Does the error message say anything like a .dll file that causes the problem or something like that?

Come to think of it it could be a general SecuROM error (Error code 2000 in this case.) if so make sure you have no image mounted in DT Pro / Alcohol or similar if you use and and do not use any blacklisting apps like Yasu/ACID or DTE, also don't run any "blacklisted" programs like process explorer in the background.

okay i copy the crack and now it says no error just dvd isnt in drive error message

That's odd as well.
The process is to install the game, copy over the "cracked" * content to C:\Games\bioshock 2\SP\Builds\Binaries\ folder or similar (And the MP folder.)
(* Not cracked or anything, missing from the retail DVD and added after the date check.)
You then copy over the Bioshock2Launcher.exe file (80 kb to replace the original 6MB one.) which is cracked (Removes SecuROM.) and should be able to play as normal when launching this file. (Acts as a loader for Bioshock2.exe which can't be started on it's own.)
