Anyone else have a sound issue with this game? My sound is biased to the left speaker. That is, when I turn so some guy is shooting to my guys right side, I'll still hear it more from the left speaker. Also the lag is horrible and the server browser is pathetic
Edit: Fixed my problem by lowering hardware acc. in sound properties
PS I found out that in your Documents\BFBC2Beta dir, theres a bloom=true setting. Use it to get rid of the eyeburning snow.

My cat died yesterday and I need to play something to change my mind a bit. Sadly I don't have Xbox Live so I can't try the game on my Xbox but I'd really like to test it out on my PC before buying it. If anyone would like to give my a beta key I'll greatly appreciate! Thanks

How did you patch it? The patcher says there is a new patch that I need to play online but it is unavailable to download it.

Unfortunately my C2D e6600@3ghz isn't enough to run the game properly. It doesn't matter the settings I use (low/high or lowering the resolution doesn't make difference), I always have a framerate swinging between 20 and 30 fps. I really hope the devs will optimize the engine a little more in order to make it playable on low-end C2Duos

E6600 -> 3.15GHz here, runs it on max. |

I still can't use the server browser even after patching.
It hangs on "WAITING FOR DATA".
My friend on the other hand can.
