Speaking of handjobs, I had to have a little lol to myself when I encountered the Klixen.

If you import a savegame from ME1, can you change your name? if not, is there any other way to do so?

Skipping movies is probably hidden somewhere in that special ini you can't edit easily. Seems like a lot of features weren't properly turned on in the game. Screenshots can be turned on, but it's just easier to use fraps.

You can say that about alot of devs, but surely not Bioware. The PC Versions of Dragon Age and Mass Effect are really well tailored the different input devices.
Use Fraps for screenshots.

Where in the Citadel is there someone who is interested in a forged ID? I've looked everywhere...I don't even remember finding the ID

In a lounge somewhere in the citadel are two ladies discussing their travel problems. Rest is up to you.
1 and 2 are still amazing.

I actually looked around for that forged ID stuff myself, never found them. Finished the game without it. Figured I'd look on the second run.

Completed the game, no DLCs. Took me 46h 27m
Did all the loyalty missions, romanced Tali, explored whole galaxy, including bought maps at Illium world and did all minor missions. Fully upgraded the ship and completed all available research. Bought most of the upgrades at shops, only a few items remained at Citadel and Tuchanka worlds as I didn't have enough money to buy them.
All shipmates survived including your secretary and a doctor.
The orders I gave to the crew at final mission:
Spoiler: | Samara - Biotic protection
Tali - Pipes
Jacob - Team leader in both cases
Thane - Escorted kidnaped crew back to the Normandy
Jack and Garrus accompanied me during the final battle. |
Very liked the game, much better than Mass Effect 1. Darker, more polished, more epic. Most of the rough edges of ME1 are gone - useless loot, atrocious inventory management, empty copy & paste planets.
Definitely will be buying the game of year edition which includes all the DLCs in 1.5 years from now during STEAM 75% off special deal

This frikken game still keeps crashing.. doesnt matter if i update drivers and whatnot...
No BSOD or CTD, a real major hardcrash with stuttering sound leaves me with the only option of hard reboot...

lol.. fixed.
Koliblank, sadly you can only do just that. You can't really visit the other offices and locations from the first game this time around.
1 and 2 are still amazing.

yeah... but the saddest part is bringing Legion with you to the Citadel - no reaction at all. Kinda breaks the immersion. Haven't tried different locations, but assume it will be the same.

Anderson explains why there is no reaction if you ask him about the geth.
Also Legion reacts to the customs officer at the entrance if you ask her about the heavy security.

A quick question to those who have finished it...
How do you know if everybody has survived?? I just finished the game (loved it btw) and now I´m not sure if everybody made it. It´s not like they tell you or anything. So how do I know?

Depends on who you mean...
Spoiler: | You can't miss the death of the primary crew, every death is shown quite dramatically, and after the game is finished you can walk around to see for yourself if everyone are there. Also if someone dies, there will be part in the cinematic where Shepard watches at their coffins.
For the secondary... the doc will tell you once you rescue her, if the crew didn't make it. Don't know if they are in the ship when you finish the game though.
In short, you just have keep your eyes open; deaths are quite obvious and are stated explicitly |

Anybody got a soldier/m300 shotgun savegame from ME2? I don't feel like starting a new file just to try out that shotgun on the collector ship...
