can anyone upload the final save from ME1? would be nice to have several with different choices made through the game, but at least one would do.
I've finished ME1 long ago and formatted my hdd since so i don't have em, but it would be interesting to see what those saves affect.

A fantastic VA crrew.
A realised imaginary world with all the graphics, sounds and what have you.
A rather lengthy time sink.
All of which surrounds what I can't see not being a fun game, with a good story, which I am going to replay
Maybe I don't see why its a worthless game, not worth the money.
Granted, the last one is an assumption, but given I played Mass Effect 6 times over (3 on 360 and 3 times again on PC after the galaxy map fiasco was over.) I don't see myself not liking this game.
I mean, I am sure the mysterious pigeon holing committee is going to have a field day with mass effect 2, what with its shooter-esque battles while most of the game still takes place within dialogue sequences. But frankly, I simply don't care.
I have bought 2 games in the last 6 months for my PC: Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2. Oh wait, 3: And Sins Of the Solar Empire. All mostly single player games. All worth it.

I hope you're not calling ME a pretentious dick. I've no doubt bought more games in the last six months than you have in a year. I CHOOSE not to buy this one because I don't like what they've done to it. It's a PREFERENCE, not something I'm hiding behind because I'm a pirate. I freely admit to pirating games left right and center, I always have.
@Childofbhaal
I bought TWO copies of the first game. One on the 360, another on the PC (galaxy map fiasco? Not for those of us that bought the game ) and I also bought both sets of DLC for BOTH copies of the game. I loved the first game, loved everything that encompassed it, not just "one part" - it was the sum of all it's parts, so to remove large sections of the original game in the sequel? No, that doesn't sit with me at all.
... oh and full release is now on Usenet, PARs included.

indeed.. especially as he's interested enough to spend bandwidth and not money on 14gigs just for this "dumbed down, simplified shit" =D.
anyways jumping on the release but maybe it's just me but i don't expect to be able to play this flawlessly until at least a month or two has passed and all the (intentional or otherwise)glitches have been fixed with reuploads, fixes, bypasses etc. etc.

Yeah, because spending an hour and a half on downloading the game is EXACTLY THE SAME as paying €50 for it, honest.
Get a clue.

Lawl Sabine, you get a clue. You're bashing this game without even having played it based on what Spiderman said? Anyone with at least 2 months on this forum knows better than listening to a word out of Spiderman's vagina.

Cheers.
Not sure what this is in response to. Whether or not you bought the first game (I didn't buy it for PC. Bought it for 360. I Bought the Digital Deluxe version of both Dragon Age and This game.) The issues here is not how much either of us spent.
I was just commenting on your response to saying people sallow whatever shit is shovelled to them in relation to ME2. I don't see where 'its not worth it.' is all.
But frankly, it does not really matter. You are going to get the game, paid for or otherwise and while we all get a lot of crap titles we don't actually play/play for long, I don't see this game in that category.
More Importantly: Anyone got the full download yet? I am trucking along with it but the download file looks a little sketchy, if only because I am an eternal pessimist.

Yea. You are definitely a troll. "Brainless shooter" - what exactly qualifies as a "Learned shooter"? A shooting sim? Something with a way too deep for the general populace cover system? Specific ammo for specific weapons that doesn't cross weapon type boudaries? I'm just curious here, because labeling the game a "brainless shooter" and not offering any details as to why this is so makes you come off as the stereotypical "Oh they changed something about a game when they made the sequel - lame!"-nerd.
Its a sci-fi action adventure game, with a lot of words. What the fuck did you expect - realism in the same vein that Gran Turismo gives? That doesn't make the people who purchase this so-far fantastic game (great narrative, great voice-acting, improved combat. . .etc. etc.) suckers; I think that makes you one. Enjoy dl'ing the game, and playing it so you can continue to chime in about how "lame" the game is.
