It's from a 2012 720p trailer I pulled from YouTube.  Some simplification filter + resize to 640 + resize back to 1280 + Gaussian blur = perfect Metis emulator

You are welcome to compare the Metis you download with the shots above. I won't even bother downloading because I don't care what you watch as long as you are satisfied and I'm waiting for a 1080p anyway.
There might be a Wiki 1080p release in a few hours.

The sample from METiS release looks superb (NOTHING like your snapshot up there, shit.. that snapshot doesn't even look like it's from 2012 at all!) and that's good enough for me.
