So..

As I've written before I got DSi for Christmas. It's version 1.3E and I've just received my Acekard 2i.

There just seems to be some kind of problem.

I always get the error "An error has occured" when opening the AK menu. (I cannot get to the root to run files or anything)

Any ideas what might cause this?

After reading so much good stuff about the Acekard compared to the R4, I decided to purchase one. I must say I like the skins and the various options available from the loader but there are 2 things bugging me. One is I cant seem to soft reset any roms when it says this is a supported feature of Acekard. And the other issue is the rom trimming. Apparently it trims any dummy data from the roms when copying yet it doesnt seem to, unless Im doing something wrong?

May the NFOrce be with you always.

this pertains to AKAIO 1.5 : Both work fine. Trim rom - ghostbusters 64mb copied to another folder with trim on, size was 56.4mb. Soft reset - (L R A B Down Pad) can be set to on in preferences or on as a per rom basis. Both trim and soft reset are set to off by default
