Scooter, he is located in garage in New Heaven.
I love this game but I hate zombies and game with zombies. Disgusting, mindless (literally after you kill them:) hordes that spits some green slowing fluid. There are plenty other zombies shooters around, i don't now why they had to ruin my GOTY. On the other hand when you have zombies you don't need to think about AI!

Finished the DLC, pretty good overall and with some nice things to find with a bit of exploration, only the brain delivery quest left so I'll probably go back and forth on that new Island for a while yet.
Spoiler: |
Last boss was a pretty cool encounter but it's funny how they gave the thing a asshole.
(Or whatever that thing down there is supposed to be, pretty brave of them though as previously only Oblivion had attempted such a detail from what I know. )

Whats the problem with the black lines and/or missing textures on my screen? This problems appeared when I install DLC. When I played Borderalnds main game I didn't have this kind of crap.

JBeckman thanks for answer. Just wondering why this cr*p appear when in main game there was no problems.
EDIT: Launched Borderlands one again and everything seems ok even with this Dynamic Shadows option enabled. No black lines, no missing textures. Strange, strange indeed.
Seems something must not correctly been loaded last time. I will investigate this.
Also If I remember well when you go to new area there was autosave. So, I go to Hallow End, then quit the game, launch it again and I'm at starting area. Hows saves working in this DLC?

Those autosave places are only where you go if you die. You start a game at the last U-save or whatever it's called - The fast transit points. You'll start at the last one you used. And I'm pretty sure there is only one in the DLC at the beginning.

Hi,
I have a problem on Dr.Neds enclave. I found the elevator to his house, opened the door, killed all the zombies - and nothing happens.
The cage is open, I enter it... how do I make the elevator moving up? these is no switch inside, nothing else... I have no idea whats wrong. There was only the other switch beside the elevator, which completed the "Contact Dr. Ned" quest.
the quest marker says "Dr. Ned contacted 1/1 TURN IN!" But it isnt possible. the place is unreachable.
what am I doing wrong?
thx
regards
AH SORRY, GOT IT. damn, this is so dark on the zombie island, you cant even see the switch.
happy christmas

Heh, it's already on the Steam servers it seems, might be beta or similar though but the same was done for the first DLC only it was released later on for some reason.

(Not much else of interest at the moment, Wings of Prey is listed as is Battlefield Bad Company 2 beta as that "Dice comp" group and it seems development is going on with Napoleon Total War as there's another beta listed for it, pretty fun to see updates like this though of course there's no way to actually download anything but it gives a nice overview.)

Doesn't matter which version or if the DLC is installed or not. Multiplayer works great. Just check your standard networking stuff (firewall, port forwarding if you need it, etc) and you'll be fine.

I even tried disabling the firewall! The connection always times out...
EDIT: I´m going to try forwarding the specific ports for the game

Still the same shit! I opened the following ports and still can´t connect to anyone:
Quote: |
7777 (TCP/UDP)
28900 (TCP)
27900 (UDP)
28910 (TCP)
28902 (TCP) - not in the readme, but opening this port helped alot of people |

Blame your modem/router if you've forwarded the correct ports to your machine and have nothing else interfering like a firewall then it will work 100%

I´m using reloaded release without any problem!
The game is great online. At first I played singleplayer and it was a boring experience.
Definitely to be played co-op

Download the Razor1911 release, it's the retail DVD and it doesn't have trouble with the official patches.
