Hmm...i don't really like guitarist like Wylde...
I dont like too much complication with playing guitar...id rather go with Jimmy Page, Slash or Jerry Cantrell.
But the vids are nice

i doin't like a lot of his stuff but this one when he entered guitar idol was prob the best
tho he needs to lay off of the wah, it's as bad as Kirk Hammets' obsession
Tho the guy that won guitar idol was pretty good
it's more like....in game music lol or something you'd listen to in the end credits of a 90's movie lol

Can't miss Shawn Lane (RIP buddy, you lived in constant pain, gained weight because of your illness and died, but you continued to do what you loved until you died).
The guy had impeccable technique (there are vids where he's shredding beyond lightspeed) but he also had tons of emotion in his playing which is more important. That's why players like Michael Angelo Batio is ultimately boring. He can play blistering shreds with his toes, upside down, with four tentacles etc., but in the end it's just robotic shred.
